I am the president of the board of directors at Swan Pointe, a community of 216 condominiums and 104 patio homes on 56 acres. I am extremely pleased with BrightView. There are only a couple of lawn services in Louisville that are large enough to handle a community of our size. Over the years I have dealt with many of the staff from BrightView starting with Alan , Frank , and Laura, who are in management. From our account manager Frank, to our on-site supervisor Eddy, we are happy with BrightView Landscaping Service at the Villas. These gentlemen work seamlessly together to manage our association's grounds, and they have done an exceptional job for the last 2 seasons.

Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication are truly, appreciated.

However, what truly sets this team apart, is their **superior communication**. Whether it's providing timely updates on upcoming maintenance schedules or addressing the ground concerns, rain outs, they excel in constant communication throughout the season.
