My wife got in touch with Mr Cupp. He responded and stopped by to assess some maintenance issues with our deck and to look at replacing some boards that were chewed on by squirrels. He performed outstanding work; prompt, courteous and professional. We would definitely go back to him again for his services.
Berry and his crew were professional and good with details. He worked with my insurance after a giant tree limb destroyed my deck. He routinely returned my calls and answered my texts as I got quotes and dealt with slow insurance. He listened to me and explained procedures so I could easily understand. My new deck is MUCH sturdier and nicer than my previous deck. He went above and beyond what was necessary.
Working with Bravo company was a breeze. I had them build a fence for me and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to do it. They were extremely professional and prompt. Highly recommend!
