I am 64 years old and started out kicking and screaming, did not want to go. My daughter persuaded me to try it once. I can tell you Jeff is the best! He started me out at my pace, and has gradually increased my endurance and weights. He learns you and your ability and sets you on your way to be the best you can be. I am very thankful I went and very appreciative for Jeff pushing me toward the potential he knows I have. Sometimes I complain but he is a great encourager and very patient. “You got this” Thanks Jeff for the best total workouts. All you have to do is show up, he tells you what to do and you get the results! No thinking!! Your the Best!!!
