Eryn is the best! Originally went to her for tension causing migraines, but ended up hurting my back and saw her for that. The pain has been bad for a few months, and she is the only one who listens and focuses on the areas causing the most pain. The tightness and relief I feel when I leave after a session is amazing.
I’ve been coming to see Eryn since December 2023. I have chronic shoulder and back pain, every session I’ve had pain relief and her massages work so much better than any pain pill or muscle relaxer on the market. If you have any chronic pain please go see Eryn or Liz, I highly recommend them! My boyfriend will be a future client soon :)
This place is amazing! Eryn gave me what without doubt the best deep tissue massage I've ever had and I've had many; even barefoot massages. I went into the appointment having only discussed one target area of the majority of my back pain but she was able to work around and find my other affected areas without me even saying anything beforehand. The massage was much needed deep work and after going home and resting for the remainder of the day, I ended up sleeping for close to 12 hours and today upon awakening I'm pain free in my back.
