Excellent experience from creating the account, signing up for classes, to the classes themselves. The space is maintained to the highest level and the staff are incredibly friendly. Aces all the way around.
All of the teachers here are absolutely incredible. Classes are fun and flowy. Studio is charming and always clean. Love the mirror walls to help with alignment. Teachers will politely help coach with correct form. Frozen lavender towels after every class. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and proud to call Bend and Zen my home studio :)
Bend n Zen is my yoga HOME! I just love it.The quality of the classes are outstanding. All of the instructors are consistent, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. The class schedule is also conducive with my busy work life, which is HUGE. This studio helps me to feel my best and I’ll be a student there as long as it’s around! Top notch!
