She listened to what I was looking for and did it perfectly. She had a nice aromatherapy wash process and excellent blowout results. So her listening and giving me advice and what she thought my hair needed was amazing. My hair feels so nice and feeling the air in my head is so amazing. So light too. I'm very happy with the outcome. I almost Definitely be coming back for sure. I got me so layer a hard water treatment and a few other things. Best experience I've had in a long time. “One of the many reasons I love Joseph’s!!! I recently got my hair colored and did an express color, so left with it wet. It’s something new and different so they did a follow up text the following day to make sure I liked it. Who does that? Joseph’s does. While I liked the color there were a few changes that needed to be made to make it exactly what I had sought out. That follow up text allowed me to express, and Josephs to correct, something I wasn’t happy with. Not that I couldn’t have called on my own, but they made me feel valid in my concerns and more than willing and wantIng to correct it!
