This is the very first custom wig I've ever had. Have been wearing wigs and/or weaves for over 30 years due to alopecia. Over the past few years, my alopecia has worsen and I tried shaving my head. I wasn't comfortable enough to openly wear my bald head so I went this route. Tina was very professional and patient with me. It took a few weeks to get my custom wig but it was beautiful and worth the wait. It is truly an investment and I will truly take care of it because I will not be able to afford another one for awhile. Treatments. My scalp was really dry and my hair was brittle. I had some thinning going on in the top. Within 2 weeks my scalp was not dry and my hair was not brittle. Actually I notice a big difference in my hair in all.
Tina was really good in explaining the treatment and also telling you how to maintain and take care of your hair before and after treatment. I recommend this treatment if you have any of the conditions I had. I do have to say that it is a process.
