The staff and service at Barnes Auto has always been top notch! I have been going to them for many years and they always take the time to explain all repairs and help me prioritize the care my vehicle needs, what I just need to keep an eye on or plan for in the next year or what I need to fix right now before my vehicle will drive again. Everyone who works there has always been professional and so nice. Corey, Troy, Chuck and all the rest of the staff are delightful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for keeping me and my family safe as we navigate these busy streets!

Towed a Hyundai Sonata to Barnes as it would not start. Called ahead and booked an appointment. Took the car in as soon as I arrived. Diagnosed the problem by afternoon and let me know. Reasonable charges for the work. I would recommend them for any car services !!!!!

Barnes has been great. They did a thorough inspection of my car the first time I went there for an oil change, and when they saw my brakes needed replaced, they were informative but not pushy or greedy. I decided to go back to them for that and they were able to work with my time constraints to schedule me in and get the job done quickly. Thank you Barnes!
