Milestone has been a great place for me to make steady progress in my fitness journey. The entire facility is top notch. Never have to wait to use any of the equipment. Mostly elderly crowd during the day and the younger crowd works out early AM and PM hours. This place has everything you need to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Louisville's premier health club and spa. Outstanding instructors and staff. To a convinced member, it's really where the members are the priority, and why everyone knows they are there because of the membership. Give it a try.
I love this place. I have been a member since 2004. I left for a year or so to try one of those left expensive places. But i came back , because this facility has everything. Lots of classes on land and in the pool. Large spaces big exercise class room. Wide variety of classes. Great instructors.They have a cafe which is great when I’m coming from work so I can grab an healthy bite to eat before I work out. They also have a spa/saloon , childcare. Lot of machines/equipment. It’s a clean well maintained facility. The have a hot tub , 2 pools-one of which is heated. A sauna. They supply everything. Towels , soap. .The staff is great.
