The staff are nice. The online patient portal lets you manage information & appointments easily (though I recommend calling to make most appointments, as the options on the portal are limited & requests aren't reviewed by staff), & it can connect to some other patient portals to share information between them.

Deerpark Family has redeemed themselves from the past. Baptist Health is now their parent conglomerate and they have been able to steer this practice to what they always did best, help those that truly need it. After 8 long years of questions, they have removed road blocks from getting the CORRECT care for my cervical spine (neck) injury. They even had to fight CareSource who was denying the gold standard treatment plan for my injury and WON, despite CareSource's attempt to knowingly and willingly prevent the correct imaging to be done with a MRI because it IS the proof needed that ALL the Baptist doctors care plan was the correct plan to take. Wonderful experience. The staff was so nice and welcoming. From scheduling my appointment to checking out. I saw Bethany Parks as a new patient. She had the friendliest demeanor from jump. She was thorough and showed she really cared about my concerns. She offered solid at home ways to maintain and also referred me to specialists to ensure analysis and potential further treatment. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very friendly and made that an ease as well. The MA who worked me up was also very kind and efficient.
