Mr. Austin was great in repairing 2 ice makers for us. He was prompt in diagnosing the issues, ordering the parts and repairing. He was very kind and cleaned up everything before he left. I would HIGHLY recommend him for appliance repairs. We will definitely use again.

Mr Austin is a lifesaver. He’s a fantastic repairman who responds promptly and is knowledgeable about all things appliances. He’s also a great resource for when we buy new appliances, we check in with him to get his opinion on different brands - he’s always more than happy to share insight.
