Charles Austin was incredibly diligent in diagnosing my refrigerator. He went above and beyond, arriving on a Saturday (which is not typical hours for his business). Highly recommend.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
Mr Austin is a lifesaver. He’s a fantastic repairman who responds promptly and is knowledgeable about all things appliances. He’s also a great resource for when we buy new appliances, we check in with him to get his opinion on different brands - he’s always more than happy to share insight. Once when our dryer was smoking, he took it home to disassemble, figure out the source of the problem and return it to working condition.Services: Stove & cooktop repair
The owner was knowledgeable, easy to work with and very responsive. I had a broken handle on my oven and a dryer that was running but no longer getting hot. He repaired both after troubleshooting the issues and was reasonably priced.Services: Refrigerator repair
