Austin Appliance does remarkable work. Austin(owner) broke down my less than 2 year old refrigerator and found the problem with both the refrigerator and the ice maker. His work is clean, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He showed and explained to my husband and I what he thought the problems were and he repaired the fridge. I highly recommend his services for all major appliances. His price for diagnostic, parts and repair were such a very affordable.
Charles (owner) was able to come service my refrigerator the same day I called. He was very clear in explaining why the freezer was working but the refrigerator portion wasn't cooling properly. He had to go get a part for it. He was back in 30 minutes, then completed the job in 15, and even put my food back in the freezer for me. He did an excellent job for an even more excellent price. I will definitely call him the next time I have a problem with any home appliance.
Charles Austin (Owner) stopped by my house for a dryer repair and he was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was in great detail so I could understand. He was on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. His prices for parts and service are extremely fair and unmatched to any competitor appliance repair company.
