My experience with Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home was exceptional. While coping with the loss of my father, Brad (Funeral Director) went far and above my expectations. Not only was he understanding and compassionate he was completely thorough beyond expectation attending to every detail, most of which I had not even considered. I very much appreciate the manner in which the funeral home is setup having only one family in at a time. This made for a more intimate setting allowing everyone to be more comfortable during this time of grief. Our family's experience with Arch L. Heady was exceptional during a time of unexpected grief and sadness. Every staff member was compassionate and caring and did everything that could be done to make our experience the absolute best it could be.
Despite making arrangements in advance, this is still a difficult time. Everyone at Arch L. Heady has proven to be a wonderful resource for information as well as kind and personable. I will most certainly recommend them to anyone.
