Tech was great, but again, late! Forty minutes past the 8-12 scheduled time. This is consistent occurrence. Apparently, techs are overbooked and makes customers have to wait and be late for their plans for that day. Very disappointing

Christian was awesome! He took down several wasps nests and sprayed powder substance to prevent further nest. He asked me if I had any concerns which helped me to remember another issue! Thanks Christian for a job well done!
