I have a dog that is high anxiety and has a difficult time in public. All accommodations are made by the staff to help him cope and still get great care. Our previous Vet made house calls and recently retired so this has been a big adjustment. I could not be more thankful for all of the wonderful people here who have welcomed us!“

We were able to be seen even though our appointment was dropped from the schedule. I know that can be frustrating trying to make the extra time, but we never felt like the care was rushed or anything other than stellar.“
“My family used Shively Animal Hospital for years, hated that place! Always a Long wait, Dr MaryJane Fush and the rest of her staff being rude as humanly possible. Absolutely ZERO compassion for the animals. THANK GOD I found Bannon Woods Veterinarian Hospital!!! Every member of their staff, from the receptionist to the Vet's themselves were very informative and friendly. Even without an appointment, these wonderful people were able to see both my dogs and the prices were better than Shively Animal Hospital also. Better service, Better Care, I'm Never going back to Shively ever again! Bannon Woods has earned my services from this day forward! Just make sure you make an appointment first. I'll remember that myself next time. I am highly grateful for them taking me anyways, they could have scheduled me an appointment and sent me on my way, but they didn't. And with the office visit, shots and vaccines for both dogs and even flea treatments and testing, I was in and out in under an hour and less than $450. (Again, remember that is for 2 dogs)“

“UPDATEThe Chessie cat had a seizure emergency. Dr Meyer and Fegenbush Lane staff got me in immediately, got things under control and laid out an excellent treatment plan going forward. I can't thank them enough. Another 5-star performanceWow, what a find. My previous vet closed up shop, and Google reviews lead me to Fegenbush Lane Animal Clinic and I couldn't be more pleased. The veterinarian Dr. Meyer was super nice, staff was great too. I really appreciate the separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats so my Chessie cat didn't have to see any canines, and love the pet themed decor in the waiting area. Dr Meyer and her staff did a fantastic job making friends with my Chessie, to the point where it was hard for her to hear Chessie's heartbeat due to her loud purring--she's always had a super loud purr. Price for the visit and testing was great---it was cheaper than my old vet charged, so good value for money. Plenty of parking available, making an appointment was quick and easy, and clinic was super easy to find. I give this clinic 2 thumbs up and 5 stars !!!“

“I was so apprehensive about changing vets because my pup is a giant baby and a handful at the vet but now I wish I changed sooner. That was the most calm vet experience for both of us ever. The vet tech was phenomenal, patient and really understood the soft cues dogs give when they’re uncomfortable and rather than forcing more she was so patient. The vet was equally as patient and understanding with my dog. I really appreciated the care and time they spent with us to make our visit calming, safe, and enjoyable. I no longer feel stressed prior to our vet visits because these guys take such good care of the animals.“

“Met with Dr. Campbell and his staff today for my english bulldog Sammy. Sammy has lymphoma cancer, Dr. Campbell got right on top of things, put together a plan-of-action, and started treating Sammy right away. Dr. Campbell and his staff took their time, they didn't rush me, and they answered all my questions. I'm so glad I came here, Dr. Campbell is VERY smart, he and his staff made me feel a lot better about the situation when I left. I'm so glad my friend and veterinarian referred me here, I HIGHLY recommend Blue Cross Animal Hospital. Thank you Dr. Campbell for helping my baby.“
“They care and are the most affordable you may have to wait you may have to do things the old way they're not up-to-date and computerized that's why prices are so low but they really care and they really do a good job and it's worth it for your animal.Just visited again and the same care was given and even a personal # if my cat needs the doc what awesome people“
