My Samsung dryer wouldn't get hot enough to dry clothes without running for several hours, plus the timer quit working and the door had to be left open or the dryer would run- even if it was off! I called one company and had someone come out and look at it for a $59.00 service charge. I was told that it needed a new board and gas valve and they recommended I just get a new dryer which we cannot afford right now. I called AAA and explained what was going on but between the time of our conversation and appointment time, the drum quit turning at all. He came out, replaced the board,explained why it wouldn't turn, ordered the belt and returned the next day to replace it. My dryer now runs perfectly, it heats great and the timer works and I don't have to leave the door open! The other company called me back with the price of a new board and gas valve (which the dryer didn't need). It was double what AAA charged minus the service charge. I am very pleased with the service and price and AAA is who I will contact if I need other appliance repairs, hands down. I wish I had called him first and saved $59!

I called them at about 9 this morning because of a burning smell from my fridge. They showed up right before noon. The man looked at it, told me what the underlying causes might be, and told me what the problem was. I agreed to have him fix it. He was done by 12:15. Showed me the bad part (a relay), and told me why it may have gone bad. He also told me what may happen if other issues caused it. He charged me only $140 for the entire repair. I have added him in my contacts for future work.
