I have worked with Chris Stout for 3 years and with 3 properties. He has been a huge help for me as a new investor. He responds in a timely manner, has given me very valuable advice, and has the properties rented in a very short time frame. The whole process from first meeting to managing the property is very smooth. And on top of all the that, their management fees are tough to beat. I would highly recommend Chris as well as Bill Stout properties as property manager for a new or experienced investor.
