Prompt and courteous. Clean very thoroughly and use products that do not leave a harsh chemical odor. Their fees are very reasonable for this area. They do a biweekly house cleaning for us and did an extra visit to clean all our windows inside and out. Notified us the night before the one time they had an emergency and could not make their scheduled time.
