I’m DISGUSTED with Tri-State Wholesale!!!!! We have 2 windows on the porch that didn’t have shutters. I heard they were really good so I went there to get them. I told them I needed 4 shutters. They asked what color I wanted and even had me take the color samples home to make sure the color matched and had me measure them a second time and take a picture. When I went to pick them up today the lady verified that had already paid for 4 shutters in # 10 color. Then she said you realize that to come in a set so you have 8 shutters, right? No I didn’t realize that I told him that I needed 4 shutters. Her response was obviously you need two shutters for one window so when you order one you get a set of two. I obviously don’t look like I work on houses and know those type of details and when I told the gentleman I needed 4 I feel like he should have clarified that they come in a set of 2 so did I need 4 sets or 4 shutters. Why did she clarify that with me as I was picking them up? Instead of when I purchased them. I was more upset at snobbish attitude that everyone should know they come in a set.

I have had the Very best experience with this company! Guy Williams came out measured, priced out everything including labor and I am telling you by far this company cannot be beat on quality of product or labor. I had 5 other estimates that were outrageous, I am so grateful I found Tri State if I hadn't I would not have been able to put new windows in!!
