Started going here a few months back for myself and my kids. Joann is great. My 4-year-old loves her bc she's patient and makes him comfortable. Joann is happy to chat and explain what will work well for your needs. Totally recommend her.

Been going to this lady for years and never heard this lady be rude to anyone , she always helps everyone doesn’t matter if they have money or not .. Not a greedy bone in her body and as far as bragging about money that’s a joke as well... My beautician has always treated me with respect and always allows me to talk to her before , during, and after she does my hair .... If, I ever needed to come back she would never b rude to me for doing so ... This stylist is a hard working person that is only trying to make a descent living and occasionally has to deal with idiotic people to do so .
