I wasn't in a real hurry to get the carpet cleaned but even so I only had to wait a few days. Since we have 2 big dogs that run in and out all day they track in a lot of dirt and shed a ton so our carpet can be a challenge. They were on time and even called to tell an approximate time of arrival. They were courteous and did a great job. They were able to get a stain out that the previous carpet cleaner said was permanent. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer because of their professionalism and the little extra touches they do that make things feel special.

Thank you for a great job !!! The carpeting at my dad's house in the high traffic areas was filthy. I could'nt beleive how clean you got this 25 year old carpet. I've vaccumed and rented carpet cleaners before but nothing is like a professional carpet cleaning.
My dad is 87 years old and said he is breathing better after Stanley Steemer.

I want to sayThank You for cleaning my carpets an the 6 rooms you guys had to clean was very dirty an I had no hope for them but you guys worked hard an very polite an smiled every time I had a question making good eye contact my carpets looked great after you guys were done . I will be calling you guys again for sure an telling everyone how great you guys are☺☺☺☺?
