I find it really funny that Janna Felts gave a bad review when her mother's dog has been a loyal customer since 2011 and comes on a regular basis. In fact Jonah was here last week being groomed, and they always leave a very nice tip. Does that sound like someone that is unhappy? Janna Felts needs to get her facts straight before leaving a bad review.

I have used two other pet groomers in the area. One had done a terrible job over all. TLC had burned my dog's cheek so badly I had to take him to the Vet who said it was burn from too hot of clippers. Then I took him to Pampered Pets on West Laurel Rd, London and he came out so handsome he looks like a "prince" of a dog.
