I had originally contacted another HVAC company in Breathitt Co to install a mini split, that turned into a disaster. That being said, I contacted Leo Jones & Son and spoke with Shannon, service manager. Shannon listened to my concerns and said that he would be out in about 48 hours to complete an inspection. He called to confirm our appointment, showed up on time and was very respectful. He took the time to answer all my questions. He provided me with a quote the following day. They set a schedule for 3 days in advance, which I was very appreciative of. Definitely need to give a shout out to the 3 installers Ben, Bryoton, and Trevor T. They did a fantastic job on installation, cleaning up any debris. I highly recommend if you want good quality product and workmanship, contact Shannon. I highly recommend Leo Jones & Sons.
Broken Heating and Cooling Systems can cause one’s attitude to heat up or lose their cool quickly. I know, mine did. I did. Leo Jones & Son Heating and Cooling Hometown Service did not. Micah, David, Rick and a couple of trainees all showed up with an attitude of genuine concern and respect for our plight. 5 years ago, when installed, they said they stood by their product and work. Just want to thank the worker for getting out to us in this very busy time of the year. They were awesome in trying to help us and we are grateful . They instructed us as to what to do until someone could come out. Thank everyone that has help during this tough time of crazy weather.
