I’ve been going to this nail salon for nearly three years . Wendy and her husband always do a great job on my nails . They are also very polite , and professional. I will continue going here as long as they’re in business . City nails is by far the best nail salon in London , they have the best prices too ! They work hard , and I see the dedication they have put into their salon .

I went and got my nails done from them twice. The lady is So rude in there she always is every time i’ve went in there, this time the man did my nails, and he used dirty tools, and I’m having green fungus grow by my cuticles. He filed my skin by my nail too far down and whenever I asked for a refund, he said we would have to make a police report that they don’t do refunds of money. They are not someone I would go to in London, Kentucky. They clearly don’t clean there tools properly and are very rude to every client they recieve.

Worst customer service I have ever received! The man working did not do a good job on my nails—- pick a color is a joke! I picked a color but got something totally different. The salon was not busy I was the only customer in the salon I ask to get my toe nails polished. The woman abruptly removed my polish and gave me 20 reasons why she should do French tips on my toes. I am a cosmetologist I left without her polishing my toes. I can do them at home I was just treating myself.. I will also have to have my nails redone tomorrow because the look terrible corners are not even covered with polish.
