If I could give this location zero stars I would. I walked into a salon with three stylist not working five minutes before an appointment that was scheduled three weeks ago and confirmed by the stylist the day beforehand. To see a customer sitting in a chair alone waiting to be serviced. Only to find out my stylist scheduled this customer and myself for the same time. Told me to wait until she finished with her who was having a full color and cut. While the other stylist that zero customers proceeded to go about their business. I waited for 30 minutes to see no change or attempt to even resolve the double booking for my appointment that she had no intention of keeping... read full review
