Wayne Micheal properties is the best company I have rented from throughout college. They keep their homes updated and the maintenance crew is amazing. They will always come and fix any problem in a timely manner. They will work with you if you are having any issues with your living situation to make sure everyone is happy, they care about their tenants. One of the houses I lived in didn’t have a very lit up backyard, I called them and told them my concern and that week lights were installed in my backyard. Overall this is a great company to rent from!!

I had an excellent experience with Wayne Michael Properties. Their staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares for their tenants. If I ever needed anything they were all ears and ready to tend to my needs. I highly recommend renting with WMP.
