I could stay in Ulta 24 hours a day. I have never gotten bad products nor had a rude employee. The employees are always offering to help you. Overall it’s a wonderful retail store.

I haven't been into an Ulta (Lex KY Nich. Rd. is my usual) in a while as I wear very little make up. However, I was recently returning a product I ordered online and told the cashier to go ahead and help those in line first while I went to look at perfume. I really needed help on which perfume to choose as I hadn't bought any for a long, long time. JC is the staff person who came to my rescue. He had a lot of perfume knowledge, and asked a number of great questions to assess what perfume might work best for me. Great service!! Believe me, if I have more Ulta trips in my future, I will ask for JC's assistance. Karen R

This has been my regular Ulta for a while. Last week I had to run in to grab something about 30 minutes before close. At around 20 or so minutes to close, I was up by the registers. The employee behind the register makes a comment to another employee about making an announcement over the intercom about the store closing at 9pm. He said, and I quote "Hey who's going to make the announcement, I want to see how passive aggressive we can make it." It's not just the fact he said this that prompted me to leave this review, but the fact he said it knowing I was standing right there totally in earshot. Just a little newsflash for the employee that made that comment, some people have jobs and other things going on where 8:35 on a Friday night is the only time they have to be able to commit to taking care of themselves. And, your store is still very much open for me to dash in, grab my face moisturizer, and dash out. I am not one to leave bad reviews related to employees in retail and customer service because I know it's a hard job. I have always liked this Ulta and have spent a lot of time and money at this location. But it's incredibly unfortunate that someone who is getting paid to be there feels the need to make me feel guilty for making a quick shopping trip so I can feel a little better about myself after a long week.
