After 3 weeks in the USA caught the flu and went here. I was attended to very well but I forgot my folder back and I couldn’t get it on my return back. The service was good. Though not 5 star
The staff here is top tier. Incredibly sweet, welcoming, and warm. My doctor, Ann Hays, treats me like a family member. She is sincerely concerned about her patients and genuinely cares about their health. There are very few doctors that are honestly as invested as she is. She responds to my online messages, takes her time, answers all my questions, and genuinely treats me like family.
I've always had very positive experiences when getting treated here. I had very frequent upper respiratory infections and the providers gave me prescriptions and advice for how to take care of it along with a great referral to a local ENT. They even helped me find an ENT that was in my network. The staff has all been friendly, and I've never have a wait time more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appt time. The pharmacy being in the same building is also super convenient!
