Brought my phone up to have a screen replaced and ended up deciding to upgrade the device. However, every step of the way these guys were helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for phone repair
Got the run around from my cell provider, then had trouble getting a real person to file a claim to get a battery replaced. So what I thought would be a simple in and out turned into a much longer deal. The guys at the store were great! Both were very patient and Taran treated me like his Granny and was with me thru every step. I will definitely be singing their praises for awhile. And will go to them again if I break it! Thanks for all the help, guys! You are the best!
I chose 4 star because there was a mishap with receiving a defective battery from Apple which required that I make a 2nd trip to the store, but KEEP READING. This store is a perfect example of how an issue should be handled. Both individuals were professional and explained the situation in detail so that I knew what was happening. A 2nd battery was ordered, they expedited its replacement, and contacted me when it was ready for pickup so I didn't have to make a 3rd trip to the store (I live 35 miles away in another town). Beyond this mishap, the team was also very personable and I felt like a customer and not just a "number". Great overall experience... read full review
