I had an awesome experience with Tom's Vacuum. Paul stayed a little bit over hours to make sure I could get myvacuum. That was so nice of him, and I really appreciated it. He showed me all the features, and he was very knowledgeable of the equipment,and that particular model. I loved the store, and would go back again.

Paul is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. We bought our vacuum from him several years ago. It has been great and he asked us great questions to figure out the best vacuum for us. Highly recommend you check out this local vacuum shop if you are in need of a new vacuum or service.

I took my very old Luxx upright to get electric cord replaced.. despite its rough exterior,it's very well loved and has been the best vacuum ever. I'm not very handy. My dad always took care of things like this, but he been gone 18 years now. aside from the frayed cord, the rubber on my handle was peeling back and a plastic piece that keeps the cord wrapped has been broken a while now. I never mentioned fixing those things but when I picked it up they had repaired those things the best they could, no extra charge , with some electrical tape and a random piece of plastic and screws.
