I got a lovely deep tissue massage with Sara. She was incredibly accommodating and thorough, even though I was running late to my appointment. My shoulders were so tight from hours of desk work and I left feeling like I’d woken from a good dream. Highly recommend!

I went in there so stiff, I couldn’t even lift my leg because I pulled something while doing a leg warm up. After one session my leg is back to normal and I can kick it high again ! Highly recommended .
