I have a European chocolate tempering machine, and when the compressor needed repair, I contacted several companies. None of them were willing—or able—to take on the job except TEC-24. From the very beginning, their customer service was excellent. The entire team was helpful, responsive, and professional.
A special thanks goes to Matt and Colleen, who figured out the issue with this complex machine and was able to switch the compressor with an American part—a very challenging task. He handled it with great skill and precision.
