My make line at my Pizza Hut in Shephersdville, KY went down last Monday and I called Tech24. I called for follow up the next day and left a message, awaiting a call back. On Thursday, I called again and spoke with Ashley Faircloth and explained the situation. She took immediate action, but due to an increased amount of service calls, was unable to dispatch a tech that day, but put us as high priority and scheduled a tech the following morning. In this post-Covid world, finding employees who are both empathetic and helpful is a tall order. Ashley Faircloth is an exceptional dispatcher. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is great at responding in a timely manner and taking care of any issues that I have. She’s an incredible asset to Tech24 as a company and to us at Canteen. Her ability to remedy our issues in a timely manner is sub-par to none.
