Setting up an appointment was easy, efficient and she was able to get me quickly! The acupuncture was effective and she gave me helpful exercises to do at home in between sessions to help the the pain.
I absolutely adore Tara! Not only does she have an empathetic nature that makes her wonderful to work with, but she offers a variety of solutions to any issue you bring into the room with you. For example, I recently hurt my shoulder and back. Not only did I get a wonderful acupuncture treatment, but Tara also offered me some at home treatments to try. They worked perfectly! I've never healed from an injury so quickly.I highly recommend Tara and her services!!
I can highly recommend Tara as an excellent acupuncturist. I have seen her for various conditions, including shoulder pain. Her treatments have lead to significant improvements in functioning and pain reduction. She has an extremely relaxing presence and listens attentively to my needs. She expertly utilizes a combination of treatments to thoroughly address symptoms. As a practitioner of Tai Chi myself, I value Tara's proficient sense of energy work.
