Mr. Omer and Eric were so pleasant, empathetic and knowledgeable in their assistance with our dads final arrangements. From start to finish Omers team kept us aware of everything we needed to do traveling to Kentucky for a smooth intimate service for our family. We greatly appreciate everything you ALL did. Dad would be proud!
I went with a friend to plan the funeral for her mom and had several interactions with Omer Cowherd, the funeral home director, as we made plans. Every step of the process was professional and empathetic. Omer was able to explain the process and work with my friend to plan a service that honored her mom and was within her financial budget. I was conveniently located and felt welcoming and comfortable. I know my friend had a great experience for such a somber time.
Smith and Smith provided EXCEPTIONAL service to my family recently when a loved one passed away unexpectedly. In particular, Omer Cowherd, who I believe is the manager, went above and beyond the call of duty. He was sympathetic to our loss without being patronizing or cliched. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us to stay within our budget. He was extremely available and responsive to all our queries and promptly provided answers to all our questions and solutions to any issues.
