I got the farm truck stuck in a drainage ditch that was obscured under heavy snowfall—I’m not proud. Slim’s was here in, like, fifteen minutes from my call to dispatch even despite the awful road conditions and they helped me get my Titan liberated in a series of small, careful steps and the driver didn’t make me feel like an idiot. It wasn’t cheap but it was worth it—I’m back on the road before nightfall.
Fantastic experience! Answered at 6am, arrived within 30 minutes, gave me ETA notifications along the way, & went out of his way to take me to work before dropping my car at the dealership! He then told me who he handed my keys to and sent picture confirmations. 10/10
The vehicle we were in broke down on a very busy expressway in a dangerous area so we were very anxious to get picked up quickly. Slims dispatch sent someone right away.
