Been studying here for over 20 years, got my kids here with me bringing up the next generation. Not only is it the oldest martial arts school in Lexington it is without a doubt the most traditional. The head instructor Elder Master Bill Leonard has been been with Grand Master Sin Thè for 52 years, many of the other masters have been learning and teaching in this school for over 20. The school studies and practices traditional Shaolin “boxing”, Tai Chi, Pa Qua, meditation, and Qui Gong, which encompasses hundreds of classical animal forms and a multitude of classical weapons and other open hand techniques including the wooden man. Been a student here for 20 years, best community and dojo family any one could ask for. The amount of history and knowledge in this school is without compare. Starting a journey into the way of Shaolin (Shaolin Do) is a lifestyle and you will never hit an end of the road, you will discover something new and amazing every time you walk through the door.
