I visited Shine while on a family trip to Kentucky -- I didn't want to lose the progress I'd made using reformer-based Pilates to alleviate a lower back problem. They were welcoming and effective.

Cannot say enough good things about Shine! Friendly instructors and a wonderful class atmosphere! I really enjoy how the classes are small-- the semi-private feel guarantees one-on-one instruction. The owners are amazing and genuinely passionate about health, wellness, and pilates. 10/10 recommend Shine!

I initially started about 2 years ago here with privates. I love the team that has helped me with my Pilates journey. Everyone pushes you enough to help you feel confident in the moves and get the most out of the movement while not putting you in a position to fail. If you do fail, everyone will help you find what will work best for you! I appreciate all they do and would always recommend a class with them! Great team for beginners/previously injured/advanced/everyone!
