Shine Pilates Lex, located in the Chevy Chase area of Lexington, KY, is a boutique studio dedicated to helping people of all ages, body types, and skill levels achieve their goals through Reformer Pilates. With a small and welcoming atmosphere, the studio offers private sessions and group classes with no more than five people. The instructors are praised for their friendliness, passion for health and wellness, and commitment to providing one-on-one instruction in a semi-private setting. New clients are encouraged to start with the three private sessions for $159 to kick off their Pilates journey.
