Brad and his team were great! Time efficient, work ethic great, he worked with us and our insurance company to a desired outcome after all was completed! He went above and beyond to offer us intense help when our bathroom flooded from a broken pipe!! Cannot say enough about Brad and his crew!
Outstanding service and communication. Could not ask for a better company to perform my home repairs. They replaced the roof, windows, gutters, siding, drywall inside my home just to list some of what they did. After the repair my home was better than new. Rich is very easy to deal with and keeps you updated on every step. Great job
When a condensor on our dehumidifier malfunctioned, spilling water from the utility room into our hallway and entranceway, our Progressive home insurance agent arranged for Servicemaster to
perform the mitigation work. Brad Gausepohl and another employe arrived quickly and set up six floor fans and a dehumidifier. He checked with us by telephone each of the four days, Friday through Monday, and visited with us each day except Sunday. His name is pronounced gospel. Over the weekend we became acquainted with him and trusted his advice. I recommend Brad and his family's business over other restoration services with which we have dealt.
