We are so pleased with the work Kirby did to fix our clogged washer drain. He was at our house in less than 24 hours and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely recommend Kirby and Roto-Rooter for any of your plumbing issues.
I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Kirby and Dylan.
I couldn't run water in the kitchen because it backed up in the bathroom sink. They were able to figure out the labyrinth of messed-up pipes and get the problem resolved. I had two collapsed pipes.
It took two long days; they had to jackhammer the floors in both kitchen and bathroom as my house is on a concrete slab.
They were both patient and professional, polite and respectful.
I would definitely call Roto Rooter again.
Chris showed up right on time, ready to dive into the job with gusto. He tackled my leaky faucet with such enthusiasm, it was almost inspiring. His skills in fixing clogs were truly unclog-believable!
