They took the best care of my ottb Eminency. He needed chip removals on two knees and they found another injury they cleaned up nicely on his leg. His surgeon was Dr.Ruggles and Eminency is grateful to him now that he has a new chance at a pain free life! Dr.Ruggles team also took great care of E! The entire hospital staff as a whole looked out for him, and have been so helpful and supportive! Rood & Riddle is absolutely a top tier hospital, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Ruggles and the entire staff has been exceptional for my horse and I. I took my 2 yo gelding, Clyde, for OCD lesion removal. Dr. Ruggles took the time before and after the surgery, to show me Clyde getting ready and after when he was being bandaged. He also showed me the recovery room where Clyde would wake up and what they do to make sure they are safe when standing up from being anesthetized. Dr. Ruggles and his intern vet were both very helpful and had a great bedside manner. Multiple staff members and other vets stopped to ask me about Clyde while I was watching. Annie and JP in front office went above and beyond making us feel comfortable while the horse we brought in was having a surgical procedure. We got to see another procedure as well as our horses procedure. The staff in the barn were so helpful and informative. We felt so comfortable leaving her in their hands. The experience showed us there are great people here and they love their jobs. Dr Woodie and his techs were great. Highly recommend
