I am tickled to death with this carwash!! It's been so long since there has been any kind of "customer service" in our society that in my opinion, is a cryin' shame! Well, that is until I went to wash my car. I had seen this place just about everyday when I was over in the Hamburg area that I finally went and got signed up on a great monthly package for 14.99+ tax . It was on sale that day and was a significant amount of $ OFF of the advertised reg. Monthly package of this type are usually 19.99 ( that ain't too shabby initself!! )

So easy to get my membership changed today while driving through for a wash! Followed up to let me know it was indeed changed for me when I was drying off my car. Awesome experience, great customer service.

My favorite car wash in Hamburg. The employees always greet you politely and with a smile. I don’t feel like an inconvenience. Trash cans are never overflowing outside. Vacuums work well. I have a large lifted Tahoe & it always gets clean. Especially the back which is often missed in other washes. Never had a bad experience here. (:
