I went in for sti screening just as a precaution, and staff were incredibly nice and answered every question I had with a high level of professionalism. Was offered free condoms which was nice. I got all the testing done for free.

If I ever need anything to do with reproductive health, I'll be back, and eventually I'll make a nice donation.

There was a little hiccup with my appointment time but overall, I had a really great experience. The staff was all very kind, especially the NP(?) that did my exam. She explained clearly what she was going to be doing and asked for consent before touching me throughout the entire procedure. She also seemed very knowledgeable.

I went in with concerns about my IUD and medical assistant Diamond and nurse practitioner Amy took amazing care of me! As a young woman I felt very welcome and safe with the providers and knew that my problems were taken very seriously. It was super easy to schedule my appointment online and I was in the doctor’s office the same day I made my appointment! Thank You Planned Parenthood Lex!
