I have been using Orkin since we moved here. We used them at our prior home in Georgia, and the one in Indiana before it. Always had good service, no problems of any kind. Good service, by good people, on time everytime.
An update. Orkin, after years of top notch service, they haven't waived a bit. Still dependable, still on time, still the best folks to deal with.

Excellent communication. Tim called on the way out to the house in need of spraying, called again once spray was completed. Reiterated that the resident must sweep and vacuum daily for at least a week. He will call back in 2 weeks to schedule reinspection and if needed, respray.

Today was our bi-monthly treatment to prevent insects from coming into our home. The technician was new to my home, so we discussed in advance what he normally treated. He was thorough in his applications. He was extremely polite and represented Orkin very well. I plan to continue with Orkin for all my pest exterminations.
