Everyone here is so patient and skilled at their jobs. Truly! My boy has always been a handful-and-a-half, but they've never made us feel anything other than welcome. If they're this incredible with my canine tornado, I can only imagine how wonderful they are with all their other patients!

NRAH has taken great care of my pets since I moved to Lexington in 2018. They are responsive, capable, helpful, and empathetic.Update:Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell they care about their clients (human and pet). My most recent visit was a positive experience, as were my previous ones (even if the reason for being there wasn’t). Nicholasville Road Animal Hospital is not the closest vet to my current home, but I am willing to drive out of my way because I know my pets will receive great care every time at NRAH.

Hands down probably the best veterinarian I have taken my pup to! They took amazing care of her while she got spayed. This is the most cost effective vet I’ve seen while still providing impeccable service!
