So I have been going to Lion and Dragon for almost 2 years; and let me tell you I can't even begin to tell you how good I feel after each session. Brenda has literally helped relieve tension, pain, and overall improved my quality of life. I was sent by the VA and have always chosen to come back. Each time I enter the office I am greeted warmly and asked what pains I'm having and am guided to the room and given time to disrobe and have the massage table heated(very big perk as it's cold) during the time I'm either attended to all pains or aches and each time given courteous and prompt help each time. The quality of massage work at Lion and Dragon Yoga Bodyworks is extremely high! The space it self is a little "old fashioned" and less "spa" like than the newer chains. BUT, YOU GET A GREAT MASSAGE HERE! They can work on whatever area you need to have worked on. The number of different styles of massage offered are second to none. A rare find indeed.
I have had my fair share of massages all over the US. It's honestly my one treat and necessity. WOW! not only a physical relaxation but an energy one as well..
