Kentucky Urgent Care (Lexington Urgent Care- Richmond Rd)

From physicals to sick check ups this is where I take my self and my boys . There friendly respectful and quick with a side of your patience. Mrs.Chelsea I believe is her name has handle my boys the last couple visits and she’s top tier . But this morning I watched her walk in with already a office full of sick people and from the moment she came back out to treat the patients she was excellent and swift very caring but to have that much poise that early in the day I wouldn’t want to have been anywhere else for me and my families urgent care ! Thank you all !

10/10 recommend!!!!! I took my child there yesterday and was treated top notch from the moment we went in. The receptionist, LA, was an absolute angel. She was compassionate, caring, kind, and answered all my questions! I was having a problem with my insurance and she didn't give up until we got it worked out!! We didn't have to wait hardly at all for the Dr to come in and when he did, he too, was absolutely superb!!! He listened to my concerns about my child and helped give recommendations and advice to navigate her through her sickness. I could go on and on about how wonderful my experience was and how thankful we are for such amazing people!!

I sliced my finger with a kitchen knife and drove myself to this urgent care for stitches. Upon arrival, I was greeted by several kind, compassionate team members who took great care of me and got me back to the exam room quickly. The team attended to my needs and helped me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire visit. I was feeling quite sick from shock and they skillfully navigated taking care of both my medical and emotional needs, providing comfort and support while cleaning and stitching my wound.
