The staff here are polite, consistent, professional, and have made me feel welcomed and less anxious every time I have been there. Great urgent care! In my opinion it is the best one.

I drove 30 min so my daughter could be seen at this facility after the horrible experience we had at Baptist Health Urgent Care in Nicholasville. While there, we waited over 2 hours to be seen, and the staff was very rude. COMPLETE OPPOSITE HERE! I am very satisfied for the customer service, resolution provided, and most importantly, the length of time my daughter's visit, thank you!

I showed up to this urgent care at 8 o’clock on a Sunday night a half hour before they closed. I expected overworked staff and an attitude from everyone and let me tell you I couldn’t have been more wrong! I was greeted at the desk by Vanessa and Danelle. Who treated us with kindness, respect, and dignity. They called my daughter honey and sweetheart, and made the whole thing. So simple! We were in and out of there in a half hour. We saw Dr. soda who asked questions and then gave me an opportunity to ask questions.
